I am an amateur coffee roaster residing in Ehime Prefecture. Currently working as an office worker, I have developed a passion for coffee as a hobby and have even taken up roasting. I aspire to further improve my roasting techniques to the point where I can start my own business.
With my love for coffee and my journey towards roasting, I have started a blog to share my experiences and expand the world of coffee. I am also sharing my life with two cats on my blog, YouTube, and Instagram.
Although I have been publishing on Ameblo, I have started to challenge myself by creating my own page on WordPress. In light of the uncertainties caused by the pandemic, I also aim to enhance my skills in blogging, YouTube, and video editing.
